Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

Draft notice: this is an initial draft of our Terms of Service, written to describe how the product actually works today. It has not yet had a formal legal review, and should get one before being treated as a final, binding agreement.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sales AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You need an account to use the Service, as either a student or a professional. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

3. AI-generated content

Practice-call responses, prospect personas, and call scoring/feedback are generated by third-party AI models (see the Privacy Policy for which providers are involved). This content is for sales-practice and educational purposes only — it is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice, and it may contain mistakes or inaccuracies. Don't rely on AI-generated scores or feedback as the sole measure of a student's abilities.

4. Your content and recordings

You keep ownership of any script or content you upload. By uploading it, you give us permission to store it and process it (including sending it to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy) so we can operate the Service. For voice-mode calls, we record audio and generate transcripts as described in the Privacy Policy — starting a voice-mode call means you consent to that recording.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Subscription and billing pages on this site are currently a preview: no payment processor is connected, and selecting a paid plan today does not result in an actual charge. Pricing shown anywhere on the Service is illustrative and not final. Once paid subscriptions go live, these Terms will be updated with the actual billing terms (including renewal, cancellation, and refund policy) before any real payment is collected.

6. Organizations and job postings

If you join using an organization's code, that organization's professional account gets visibility into your practice activity, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you apply to a job posting, the professional who posted it can view your application call and the profile information you've provided. You're responsible for only sharing information you're comfortable with a professional or organization seeing in that context.

7. Suspension and termination

You can deactivate your own account at any time from Settings > Account & Security. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including the acceptable-use rules in Section 2. Where possible, we'll try to give notice before doing so.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Service, or the AI-generated content within it, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sales AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes — for example, once real billing is introduced. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
