This policy explains what information Sales AI ("we," "us") collects when you use this site, how it's used, who it's shared with, and what choices you have. It covers both student and professional accounts.
See also our Terms of Service.
When you create an account or use the site, we collect:
We use this information to:
We do not use your data for advertising, and we don't run any third-party analytics or ad-tracking scripts on this site.
We share the minimum data necessary with a small number of service providers who help us run the product:
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with any other third party outside of what's needed to operate the features above.
Text and voice practice calls are sent to the AI providers listed above so they can generate the prospect's side of the conversation and score your call afterward. For voice-mode calls, an audio recording of the call is stored on our servers so you (and, where applicable, your connected professional) can play it back later. Call transcripts and scores are stored in our database indefinitely as part of your practice history, unless you request deletion (see Section 7).
If you're a student and you register using an organization's join code, the professional who owns that code automatically gets visibility into your practice calls and scores, the same way a school or employer might track a class or team's progress. This is separate from the general marketplace, where a student has to actively choose to share an individual call with a professional.
If you apply to a job posting, your completed practice call becomes your application, and the professional who posted it can view that call and your basic profile information (name, email, phone, LinkedIn, bio, education, and resume, if provided).
Subscription and billing pages on this site are currently a preview — no payment processor is connected yet, and we do not collect or store any credit card or payment information today. When paid subscriptions go live, payment will be handled by a dedicated payment processor (e.g. Stripe), and this policy will be updated to reflect exactly what that involves before it's turned on.
We keep your account and practice data for as long as your account is active. Deactivating your account (available from Settings > Account & Security) immediately disables login, but does not delete your data — your scripts, calls, and other records are preserved in case you want to be reactivated later. To request permanent deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the information in Section 11.
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing (bcrypt), never in plain text. Access to practice calls, profiles, and other personal data is restricted based on your role and your actual relationships in the product (e.g. a professional can only see students in their own roster or their own job applicants, not the whole user base).
This product is designed for students practicing sales skills, which may include use through a school, bootcamp, or other educational organization. If your organization has enrolled you using a join code, your organization (not us) is responsible for ensuring its use of this product complies with any applicable student-privacy obligations, such as FERPA, that apply to that organization. If you believe a student under 13 has created an account without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can address it.
Questions about this policy, or requests regarding your data, can be sent to concate20@gmail.com.
